This shows audio quality is interesting. Normally from Simon we get stellar recordings. Not so much, this go round. The mystery was not solved until I spoke with Simon, and was informed that he was in the second row. This explained a lot to me about why the recording sounded as it did. I worked out the boominess, but could not completely remove the slap back sound off the back wall. In the end, we have a very listenable show. What was another problem, was the soundman was having a very rough time in the beginning of the show, by about midway he seemed to get things worked out.
Someone close to the taper decided he wanted to sing along with Metropolis which really ruined this track for me, but other than that, this is an enjoyable listen.
